Extruded EPE Foam Sheet is produced by a different process to the traditional lamination process. The benefits of this include: it doesn’t need to be laminated, there’s no cracking when it’s used, it doesn’t have a wave pattern on the surface, it’s slightly compressed and this protects the items, it has large holes and it’s very strong so it can absorb impacts. The only disadvantage is the high price.
We base our suggested length on the length of the container. 2.75 metres is the best way to use the space in the container and reduce the cost of shipping each item.
