EVA Foam Sheet is the closed cell foam sheet, which is used for floor and exercise mats, sports equipment, crafts, footstools, life jackets, slippers and more importantly for cosplay props and costumes. EVA foam sheet can be thermoformed and applied to and painted over other EVA pieces or materials. EVA Foam Sheet is available in a variety of thicknesses, shapes and densities to meet your specific requirements. It is durable, easy to thermoform, and can be easily sanded down, making it ideal for engraving parts accurately and efficiently into foam.

We also provide two-colour composite foam boards. These are used for foam inserts or case inserts. We can also make special boards to order. For example, we can add a carbonised layer to the surface.
