Our silicone foam sheet has been tested and it could meet new EN 45545-2 fire retardant requirement. The materials comply with HL2 and HL3 which is used for a rail car such as sealing and gasketing, sound and vibration handing and seating. For the density, we could supply you 180kg/m3 to 500kg/m3. Different color is based on your requirement.
Our flame retardant silicone foam sheet is tested and certified to European standards EN 45545-2, which is suitable for use in the rail industry. It has a good weathering and physical resistance, and it also provides fire, oil and chemical resistance.
Silicone foam sheet have a nice performance, Typically operates between -55°C and +250°C, what’s more, it also have nice resistant to UV radiation, ozone, and weathering, it is ideal for outdoor applications than traditional rubber.
